Shipping area｜Shipping Fee calculation

We are mainly sold to customers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Mainland China, Singapore, and Japan.

For shopping in our online store, you can choose a) home delivery and b) store pickup.

• For door-to-door delivery: free shipping for purchases over 600 HKD, 30HKD for shipping costs below 600 HKD.* All our logistics dispatches use SF Express. If freight is charged, please pay directly to SF Express after receiving the goods.
• ​The store picks up: customers can choose to pick it up at iSQUARE International Plaza when purchasing products online.

International transportation is delivered by SF Express, and all international freight charges are borne by the customer, and the freight is paid on delivery.The time required depends on the selected country/region. If there are customs duties, the tax will be borne by the customer.

本店貨品主要銷售向香港、台灣、澳門、中國大陸、新加坡和日本的客戶。

在我們的網上商店購物，您可以選用.   a) 送貨上門和 b) 商店自提。

• 送貨上門: 購買金額 HKD 600 以上免運費，HKD 600以下需收取 HKD 30 運費。我們所有物流派件採用順豐快遞。如要收取運費，請在收貨後直接支付給順豐。​
•  商店自提: 顧客在網上購買產品可選擇到 iSQUARE 國際廣場提取。

國際運輸均採用順豐快遞發貨， 而所有國際運費的收費由客戶承擔，運費採用貨到付款。所需時間取決於所選國家/地區。如果有關稅，稅款將由客戶承擔。

• 訂單會經由 順豐速運 / 快遞送貨 。

• 訂單可以選擇寄到指定地址，門市自取，寄往智能櫃，便利店及其他物流公司服務點。

• 一般情況下訂單確認後三至七天內發貨。

• 如欲選擇尖沙咀國際廣場 ( iSQUARE ) 分店取貨，請在購物車頁面選擇尖沙咀店舖店內取貨。

• 購買後，如欲更改訂單詳情及運送地址，可辦公時間內 致電我們 2368 8692 或者 Facebook PM NNM JAPAN。

• 如有特別要求及需要，可以在購物車中的顯示欄中説明。

4. 如有特別要求可以在此頁面中說明，然後按付款按鈕。
5. 選擇您希望送貨的方法 (寄送到指定地址/尖沙咀門市自取/寄往智能櫃)
6. 輸入表格中的顧客資料，如非會員，你可以輸入個人資料等註冊成為會員，會員可以獲得更多早鳥優惠通訊，限定優惠等。
7. 輸入送貨資料及個人資訊。
8. 填妥後，請選擇付款方式，及付款。
9. 一經成功付款後，即代表訂單已經成功確認，確認後不能取消亦不設退款，您將會收到一封電子郵件去確認訂單。
10. 如果選擇尖沙咀門市自取，一經確認及準備貨品後，會收到電郵或者電話通知。如欲查詢門市地址，可致電27761822
