<About return and exchange>
When delivering, please make sure that the delivered product matches your order.
* If the product is damaged when it arrives, or the product does not match the product you requested, you can return or exchange the product within 7 days after delivery.In this case, no return shipping fee will be charged for return or exchange.

・Delivery has exceeded 8 days
・Already used the product
・Products, packaging boxes, manuals, etc. are damaged, soiled, or lost.
・Dirt, damage, or wear due to use, storage, or transportation.

・Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 For the convenience of customers, we will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after the arrival of the goods, and only for unused or unopened cases.In this case, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.

To be eligible for a return, you need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
