Shipping Fee (Hong Kong/Macau and Mainland China)

When shopping in our online store, you can choose. (A) Door-to-door delivery / (B) Free pick-up in store.

(A) Door-to-door delivery:
Free shipping for purchases above HKD500, and HKD50 for purchases below HKD800. All our logistics shipments use SF Express.

(B) Free pick-up in store:
Customers who purchase products online can choose to pick them up at the Tsim Sha Tsui store. After the order is confirmed, you will receive an email/phone/WhatsApp notification to pick up the order.

•  Orders will be shipped via SF Express.
•  Orders can be sent to the designated address, self-collected at the store, and sent to smart cabinets, convenience stores, and other logistics company service points.
• Please refer to the table above for shipping details.
• Generally, your order will be shipped within 1 to 7 days after confirmation (fastest delivery to designated areas is within 1 day)
• If you want to pick up the goods at the iSQUARE store in Tsim Sha Tsui, please select the store in Tsim Sha Tsui for pick-up on the shopping cart page.
• After purchase, if you want to change the order details and shipping address, please call us at 2368 8692 or Facebook & IG PM NNM Japan during office hours.
• If you have special requirements and needs, you can explain them in the display column in the shopping cart.

International Shipping (other areas outside Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China)

Shipping fee is HKD80. Free shipping service is available for purchases over HK$800 (please contact customer service for enquiries)

*All taxes are not included in shipping costs and must be borne by the customer.

Purchase Details

1. Select the product you want to buy.

2. Click the <Add to Cart> or <Buy Now> button. (You can add or change your products at any time in the shopping cart button in the upper right corner).

3. Click the shopping cart button in the upper right corner.

4. If you have special requirements, you can explain them on this page, and then press the payment button.

5. Choose the delivery method you want (delivery to designated address/Tsim Sha Tsui store self-pickup/delivery to smart locker)
Enter the customer information in the form. If you are not a member, you can enter your personal information to register as a member. Members can get more early bird discount newsletters, limited offers, etc.

6. Enter delivery information and personal information.

7. After completing, please select the payment method and make a payment.

*Once the payment is successful, it means that the order has been successfully confirmed. After confirmation, it cannot be canceled or refunded. You will receive an email to confirm the order.

*If you choose Tsim Sha Tsui store self-pickup, you will receive an email or phone notification once the goods are confirmed and prepared. For store addresses, please call +852-2776-1822.
