This Returns Policy only applies to online purchases:

 

• Returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the goods (including Saturday, Sunday and HK public Holiday) . All refunds will be made in the form that credit to the original payment method.
• Customers are responsible for all the cost for returning items (except defective items).
• All tags, product labeling, authenticity cards, spare buttons, dust bags and boxes are included and returned together with the merchandise which is in “Sellable condition”. Returns or exchanges that are damaged may not be accepted.
• Sales / Discounted merchandise is not eligible for return, exchange or refund. 
• Defective merchandise will be returned to the supplier to determine whether the merchandise is defective. Customer will be offered to repair or a full refund at the sole expense of the supplier under the case of defective merchandise.
